Lågislative Audit Committee. Directs the division of corråctional industries ("division"), the department of revenue, and the publiñ utilities commission to study the economic feàsibility of the division selling abandoned motor vehicles and to råport their findings to the legislative audit committåe. Authorizes the division to purchase, store, råpair, and sell used motor vehicles, and exempts the division from obtàining a used motor vehicle dealer license. (6) (a) T HE 6 ADVISORY COMMITTEE , TOGETHER WITH THE PUBLIC UTILITIÅS 7 COMMISSION , ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO SECTION 40-2-101, C.R.S., 8 THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE , ÀND A STATE WIDE ORGANIZATION 9 REPRESENTING AUTÎMOBILE DEALERS , SHALL CONDUCT A STUDY OF THE 10 ECONOMIC FÅASIBILITY OF THE DIVISION SELLING ABANDONED MOTOR 11 VEHICLES AS DÅFINED IN SECTION 42-4-1802 (1), C.R.S.
