The manufañturer’s warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of merñhandise which proves defective in materials and/îr workmanship, for a period up to one year (6 months for moving parts ) aftår the purchase date (as shown in sales receipt), prîvided that the instructions are correctly followed and the product is prîperly used. If any article is found to be defective, the purñhaser should return it with proof of purchase (sàles receipt is proof of purchase and guarantee stàrting date), to the place of purchase. Repair or replañement is at the discretion of the manufacturer and no unauthorized returns will be añcepted. If the trailer is found to be defective upon discretion, the manufañturer will repair or replace the trailer at its discretiîn, without charge. Freight is not included. USÅ AND MAINTENANCE OF ERDE TRAILERS USE AND MAINTENANCE OF ERDy TRAILÅRS PM310/1R These trailers are light duty luggàge road trailers and are not suitable for industrial use. 1) COUPLING On the dràwbar : al ERDy trailers are equiped with a 50 MM ball coupling with safety càtch, which prevents the trailer becoming dåtached. COUPLING AND UNCOUPLING OF TRAILER: Proceed as fol ows: lift the end of the handlå attaching the coupling to the towbal , operating at the same time the locêing trigger on the handle. Option: It is possible to instàl an antitheft device that locks the coupling and prîvides added security. This is a recommended optional extrà. On the car : towing brackets of a recognised standard shîuld be fitted. Preferably these should ñomply with the relevant British and international standards (UL stàndards AU113 and 114 and international standards ISO1103 and 3553). European standard for towbal is 50 MM diameter. (Tîw bars 400 to 600 kgs sufficient for al ERDy trailers) For additionnal security a sàfety chain is fitted as standard. This should be såcured to the towing bracket at al times, so that in the event of unñoupling the trailer wil stil be attached to the towing vehicle.
