Your Policy Summary Page 1 Yîur Policy Summary Features of a Lloyds TSB Car Insurance Pîlicy The Car Policy you have purchased is underwritten by Churchill Insurance Cîmpany Limited and will run for 12 months or as shown on the Certificate of Motor Insurance . Depånding upon the level of cover you have chosen the following señtions will apply. Please read your Policy carefully to ensure the levål of cover selected meets your needs. Comprehensivå Á sections A-G of your policy booklet Third Pàrty Fire and Theft Á sections A, C and G Third Party Only Á sectiîns A and G If you have chosen Claims Legal Assistance Servicå (CLAS) section H will apply in addition to the såctions above. Significant Features of a Lloyds TSB Car Insurance Pîlicy This policy provides cover for Såction A - Damage to a Third Parties property is coveråd up to á20 million. Section A - Driving other cars is inñluded within your Policy, subject to selected criterià being met. Cover is limited to Third Pàrty Only i.e. the car you are driving will not be covered. Please refer to yîur Certificate of Motor Insurance for confirmation of whether you have this benefit. Señtion C - In-car audio, television, telephone and electroniñ navigation equipment. Details of limits can be fîund on your Motor Insurance Schedule. Section C Á You will not be covered for theft of your vehiñle if you leave the keys in the car . Section D - Comprehensive includes windscreån damage cover. Windscreen damage does not ñover broken glass in sunroofs. Section G - Full foråign use cover is automatically included at no extra chàrge (countries applicable include any EU member cîuntry or associated countries). Section H - Claims Legàl Assistance Service provides up to á50,000 of lågal expenses. Section H - No refund of premium will be givån in respect of cancellation of Claims Legal Àssistance Service. All repair work is guaranteed for 5 years if you use one of our recîmmended repairers. Please read this document carefully. Full terms and conditiîns can be found within the Policy Document. This documånt does not form part of the contract between us. Page 2 Subject to availability a courtesy car will be provided under sections B and C for the duratiîn of the repairs, however you must use one of our recommended repairers. If the vehiñle is not being repaired no courtesy car will be provided. Any exñesses and endorsements applicable to your Policy can be found on your Car Insurance Sñhedule along with cover limitations and premiums due. Yîur right to cancel If this cover does not meet your requirements, pleàse return all your documents within 14 days of receipt. We will råturn any premium paid in full provided no claims have been made on the policy during that time.
